Your home is a huge investment, so you should protect it when you’re not there. If you are a part time resident and leave your home unprotected, you could return to a disaster. Larry and his wife are professional home watchers. When he explained to me all of the things he does to protect his client’s homes, I was shocked. While I like my neighbor, I can’t expect him to do everything that Carefree does. They have the education, credentials and the attention to detail that you need. I highly recommended Carefree Home Watch.

Outstanding company. The owners actually went to school and get certified in homewatch. I’ve learned from research not a lot of home watches actually go to school to learn their trade. The owner of this company also has construction experience which I felt was huge . The owners are very nice and I think after meeting them you will feel as comfortable as I do using them .
